Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Analog/RF circuit design, Reliability or Fab processing coursework and/or experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using SQL, JMP, or Spotfire a plus
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Writing and qualifying detailed test plans
• Generating key metrics around the daily work of the team and automating the collection of such data
• Performing data extraction and analysis using SQL, JMP, and Spotfire
• Conducting RF test, measurement, and data analysis as required for qualifications
• Improve current processes through structured problem solving
