About The Position
DuPont E&I, Semiconductor Technologies business, has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Senior Product Engineer (PQE) in the Chemical Mechanical Planarization Technology (CMPT) organization. This role will have responsibility for the quality and improvement of the pad product lines manufactured in Newark location. In this strategic and high visibility role, you will interface with functional and business leaders across the CMPT organization to help set and execute the improvement strategies necessary for the next phase of business success. This position will report to the CMPT Polymerics Product Quality Engineering Leader. Selected candidate will also help coaching the engineers in the organization by defining priorities and equilibrating workload as requested, and customer communication as quality representative for specific projects. Expectations for this role include strong business and financial acumen, ability to influence without direct command, strategic alignment skills and ability to smoothly interface with executive and working levels across the company and externally.
