About The Position

RH is looking for an experienced, passionate Product Quality Associate. This position will have daily interaction with cross-functional teams including merchants, planning, product development, supply chain and vendors. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day. Clearly identify patterns in quality issues and related root causes. Partner with the product team to work upstream to build quality into the product from the start. Partner with all vendors to revise current packaging to be environmentally friendly. Monitor quality testing in our testing platform, ICIX. Partner with RH Compliance and vendors on any issues related to safety. Partner with Gallery Associates and Customer Service teams on quality issues that impact our customers. Some issues may require broader outreach. Attend and contribute to cross functional meetings including but not limited to business reviews, vendor meetings, and departmental meetings to communicate quality issues, returns, and action plans. Prepare and present management reports to effectively communicate to cross functional partners + company leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
• 4+ years retail experience.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while being energized by constant change
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; must have an ability to manage deadlines
• Must be able to organize & prioritize opportunities in order to be most impactful
• Excellent data and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Excel and google sheets/docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service approach
• Flexibility a must
