As a Product Program Manager (PPgM) at Meta, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale cross-functional product initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to define the operational strategy and lead the execution across multiple teams and organizations. The team focuses on various product areas, including platform growth, cross-meta experiences, social issues, and internal platform solutions. You will collaborate with both virtual and in-person teams, managing multiple projects based on the required bandwidth. We are seeking experienced professionals who can effectively partner with cross-functional teams in complex, multi-platform development efforts at a consumer scale. You will be expected to maintain clarity of product vision and organizational awareness while driving the mission forward. Your role will involve kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality and outcomes for product objectives through programmatic solutions. In this position, you will build project teams with a strong customer focus, ensuring effective communication and a bias for decisive, fast-moving solutions. You will also contribute to the development of the product program management function and serve as an evangelist for our culture, promoting collaboration and innovation across the organization.
