About The Position

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing blood units and preparing blood components for shipment. You’ll work within our fast-paced manufacturing area, where consistency, speed, and attention to detail are critical. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Medical field experience is beneficial but not mandatory—we will train you!
  • Strong reading and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process blood units from the donor room and prepare components for shipment.
  • Accurately label, assign, and handle blood units and samples in a timely manner.
  • Assist with labeling and prepping bags for phlebotomy.
  • Pack and prepare blood components for shipment according to customer specifications.
  • Check shipments for accuracy before dispatch.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including standing, sitting, and moving frequently throughout the day.
