About The Position

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing blood units and preparing blood components for shipment. You’ll work within our fast-paced manufacturing area, where consistency, speed, and attention to detail are critical. Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is a plus, but not required.
Medical field experience is beneficial but not mandatory—we will train you!
Strong reading and writing skills with attention to detail.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Process blood units from the donor room and prepare components for shipment.
Accurately label, assign, and handle blood units and samples in a timely manner.
Assist with labeling and prepping bags for phlebotomy.
Pack and prepare blood components for shipment according to customer specifications.
Check shipments for accuracy before dispatch.
Perform additional duties as assigned, including standing, sitting, and moving frequently throughout the day.
