This position is responsible for transforming product strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product owners and project managers, ensuring engagement and productivity.
• Compile and document product roadmaps, including specific and integrated roadmaps.
• Partner with the Product Steering Committee and Divisional Vice Presidents to align on priorities and timelines.
• Ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is provided for product features and requirements.
• Establish processes, tools, and metrics for effective product management.
• Create an open and collaborative team environment that motivates and inspires team members.
• Instill a culture of high standards in product lifecycle methodology.
• Focus on quality and sustainability in product delivery.
• Guide product owners and project managers on quality and timeliness.
• Manage multiple resources, products, and projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Report on product backlogs, profitability, and performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with Directors of Software Engineering and Data Analytics for product implementation.
• Mentor and develop team members, including hiring and performance evaluation.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to support product strategies.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management.
• Facilitate regular reviews of the product portfolio for continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for successful product launches.
