About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Packager to join our fast-paced production team. This role is essential to our operations, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Basic packaging skills, including the use of hand tools, tape machines, and other packaging materials.
Familiarity with materials, production processes, and quality control.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and adjust to evolving tasks or priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills to ensure quantities match labels and shipping requirements.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling labeling and special packaging requirements.
Consistent and reliable attendance.
Ability to stand for extended periods, with proper support equipment available (e.g., anti-fatigue mats).
Regular bending, lifting, and moving of boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
Ability to lift, position, and secure products with assistance or tools when necessary.
Regular use of hands and wrists to perform tasks.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Accurately pack and box products for shipment, ensuring all orders contain the correct products, packing materials, and labels, and that customer specifications are met.
Assemble or select appropriate boxes for each order and ensure proper labeling on line-item requirements.
Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring packaging specifications are met and quality standards maintained.
Efficiently prioritize and process high-priority orders when they arrive, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain a clean and organized packaging area daily, adhering to safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
