About The Position

As an entry-level Product Pack-out Associate, you will play a crucial part in our team, contributing to the efficient packaging of our finished goods, post-testing and quality control. Your responsibilities will include labeling products, boxing items, and ensuring accurate identification before they are dispatched for shipping. We're seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills to thrive in our dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing/Shipping environment
• Proficient communicator, capable of effectively conveying information
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Capable of sitting for extended periods, if required
• Must have the strength and agility to lift and move objects weighing up to 100lbs

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack-out finished products within specified timelines
• Conduct thorough inspections for any physical defects in finished goods
• Assist in updating and closing work orders accurately
• Support in conducting routine cycle counts and updating inventory records with precision
• Package customer orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Align individual and team performance with designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned
