In this role, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between customers, product leadership, engineering, and cross ‑ functional teams—owning the delivery of high ‑ impact implementation projects while helping shape product direction and innovation. You’ll balance big ‑ picture strategy with hands ‑ on execution, guiding multiple initiatives at once, translating technical and non ‑ technical needs, and ensuring solutions deliver real value within the insurance and financial services ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in insurance claims or financial services. Auto and/or Homeowner preferred.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Critical thinking and proactive ways to identify and improve processes.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
• Comfortable working on large scale projects in a corporate portfolio.
• Ability to engage with a customer at different levels of an organization.
• Ability to present product concepts, product solutions and consult with customers on best practices.
• Ability to show customers the need for a product and identify opportunities in a customer’s workflow to help streamline claims handling effort.

• Prior product innovation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of software development management and business intelligence tools a plus.
• Experience with working in Insurtech is a plus.
• A passion for customer centric design practices and comfortable working with Figma (or similar design suites) to ensure user experience is a priority.

Responsibilities

• The Product Owner has the primary responsibility to partner with the product leadership to direct, coordinate, and complete customer implementation projects while remaining aligned with the larger strategy and commitments of the product vision.
• This person serves as the conduit between all members of an implementation team, both internal and external.
• The Product Owner will help define project scope, goals, and deliverables, manage the project team, manage and report against the budget, track deliverables, monitor and report on project progress, present updates and impediments to stakeholders.
• The successful candidate will work on multiple projects simultaneously while fostering partnerships with customers and stakeholders alike.
• Successful candidate may support or lead multiple products at once.
