About The Position

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Analytics team and support the successful delivery of our marketing intelligence platform, Practix. This role will report to the Director of Product Management and will be responsible for managing day-to-day product execution, including backlog management, requirements refinement, cross-functional communication, and roadmap delivery. The Product Owner will translate business needs into clear functional requirements and guide work from initial scoping through completion. They will own the definition and maintenance of timelines for roadmap initiatives and client work, including accounting for dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, and clearly communicating progress updates to stakeholders and leadership. This is a critical role in the evolution of product management at Collective Measures, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about advancing the long-term vision of Practix while enabling our teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role — ideally within a technology-enabled or analytics-driven environment.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Key Skills:
  • Effective communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Accountable, self-driven, and energized by taking ownership of work and ensuring it reaches completion at a high standard.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with proven success managing multiple workstreams and timelines simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with digital advertising and/or marketing technology is a strong plus.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar workflow management platforms is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

  • Backlog & Task Management:
  • Maintain an organized backlog of work items, including intake, triage, prioritization, and requirements refinement.
  • Document functional needs and acceptance criteria in a clear, structured format.
  • Monitor active development to drive progress against goals and remove blockers as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce rework, and improve team efficiency.
  • Track progress against ongoing tasks and drive team accountability.
  • Roadmap Management:
  • Define and maintain delivery timelines for roadmap initiatives and client work.
  • Translate roadmap initiatives into more detailed tasks and timing that account for sequencing and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify risks or delays and collaborate with partners to mitigate.
  • Communicate timeline changes including shifts, key decisions, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Product Ownership:
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to identify trends, pain points, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Support the evaluation and prioritization of new feature ideas in partnership with product leadership.
  • Support successful rollout of new Practix features by managing internal and client-facing change-management efforts, education & training, sharing clear updates, and ensuring users understand how to incorporate new capabilities into their work.
