We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Digital Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will support the design and development of digital product and platform capabilities. You will be partnering with cross functional teams across our sales, services, operations, technology, legal, marketing, and product groups to understand their product needs, and then prioritizing those needs and building and designing solutions and products to support the overall needs of the business. You will work alongside a team of product managers and developers who will continually evolve how we communicate on behalf of our clients and how we’re measuring our success. Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Product Analyst or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodology
  • Experience writing business requirements/use cases/user stories, conducting user acceptance testing, and communicating project status
  • Prior experience working in Financial Services Industry preferred
  • Experience working with digital communications tools (such as secure messaging platforms, reporting dashboards, or notification systems) a plus
  • Experience in either designing, developing, and deploying responsive HTML email campaigns, including building mobile-friendly templates, ensuring cross-browser and cross-client compatibility (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail), optimizing deliverability, and adhering to email marketing best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Experience using JIRA to manage and maintain product backlogs, including writing clear and actionable user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing development work based on business value and strategic objectives, and collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, partnering with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other subject matter experts to successfully plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale, cross-functional product launches is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing Confluence for documentation and knowledge management is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a strong track record of cross team and cross-client team participation
  • An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, with leadership and facilitation skills to bring products and projects to a successful delivery

Responsibilities

  • Support key product initiatives from concept through final implementation.
  • Work closely with product managers, sales and client service teams to acquire and document business requirements to build, manage and maintain product documentation including product definitions, prototype design, user stories, and process flows
  • Engage with engineering and QA teams throughout the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, development support, testing, and deployment
  • Assist in managing the overall project governance by creating and maintaining project schedules; help manage internal project communications to project & executive teams
  • Work collaboratively with product managers and client service teams to assess client issues and challenges, suggesting areas of improvement and defining proposed solutions
  • Take ownership of critical issues, enlist proper representation from other support teams and drive towards resolution.
