This position is central to the continued success of the EDGE application. The role provides exposure to many different processes the branch and care center perform via EDGE, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Ideal candidates are those that are looking to gain further expertise leading a dynamic team in support of EDGE and it’s end users across an array of challenges the application faces to further adoption and utilization. Core Responsibility of the role: Customer Experience: Developing and executing changes that will directly impact customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Strategic Alignment with Business Objectives: Driving continued improvement of core functionality of EDGE that aligns to Retail Bank objectives of growth, primacy, and customer-centric service.
