Requirements

The ability to analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data to identify opportunities and risks

Experience translating customer needs into actionable product requirements
Comfort working in agile environments and delivering value through iterative releases
A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
A genuine passion for creating value for customers
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role
Hands-on experience with agile practices and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile)
Proven ability to prioritize and negotiate a backlog with engineers and senior stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Agile, Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing, or Project Management certifications
Experience supporting or leading multiple scrum teams
Experience partnering with UX teams to design thoughtful, user-centered solutions

Responsibilities

Act as the voice of the customer within an agile development team, guiding day-to-day product decisions
Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Create, refine, and prioritize epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to maximize product value
Own and manage the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs
Lead sprint and release planning, including setting goals and ensuring teams deliver against them
Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Quality Engineers to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
Identify and help mitigate risks that could impact sprint or release goals
Validate that acceptance criteria are met and represent customer and business needs during sprint reviews
Contribute to product documentation and launch materials alongside Product Management and Marketing
Deliver product demos for internal and external audiences
Serve as a subject matter expert to support Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams when needed
