About The Position

This job is responsible for coordinating the product development process from start to finish as a key contributor and implementer of the product vision and roadmap, supporting Store and Services Associate–facing applications. It will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate work requirements and ensure prioritization of the product backlog to ensure it reflects the most valuable features and stories. It will create and prioritize a product backlog consisting of features and requirements that align with the product’s vision and goals. It will manage the development process, schedule releases, address production issues and coordinate sprints for 1-2 Product teams.
Product backlog: Owns product backlog, in partnership with agile team. Establishes development team’s priorities, story acceptance criteria, accepts stories, oversees all stages of product creation including design and development. Collaborates with product managers and stakeholders on execution of product roadmaps and strategy/vision.
Product Progress: Monitors and evaluates the product lifecycle at every stage, from development and release to ongoing support and performance assessment post-launch.
Testing and control process: Coordinates test and control processes for product and makes necessary adjustments.
Technical guidance: Provides technical guidance throughout the development process. Demos work to stakeholders, actively participates in Scrum meetings and sprints, collaborates closely with solution architects, UX, User Research Team, and coordinates with other product owners and scrum masters for cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in an Agile environment as an active member of a Scrum team – i.e. Engineer, Scrum Master, Analyst, Product Owner
• This role requires collaboration, teamwork, and face-to-face interaction with colleagues, leaders, and/or clients.
• Being in the office ensures access to leaders, cross-functional partners, and resources necessary to make timely decisions and drive results.
