About The Position

CACI is looking for a Scrum Master/ Product Owner Analyst to support the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) contract. This position will be focused on managing backlogs, sprint planning, and release planning for multiple Software Sustainment systems, as well as managing customer expectations and requirements for those systems.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Business Analyst experience - specifically for software projects

  • Experienced with creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to large audiences
  • Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MS Project – running multiple releases/supporting multiple projects at one time is a plus
  • Experience on DoD programs and interaction with government stakeholders - SCN experience is a plus
  • Experience using the following COTS tools: VersionOne, GitHub, SharePoint
  • Experience initiating and leading process improvement efforts

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple release efforts simultaneously for the Software Maintenance Action (SWMA) Team, including resource assignments, risks/constraints, and schedules.
  • Ensure team has adequate work and support to successfully complete tasks timely.
  • Lead customer interface meetings, including setting agenda, facilitation, capturing minutes and action items.
  • Define and implement processes for requirements clarification with the customer.
  • Implement and document release processes
  • Organize processes for new hire training/integration into the team.
