Requirements

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to analyze and think critically
  • Is recognized for working independently as well as function effectively as a team player
  • Has five years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary liaison and voice of the business, translating needs and priorities into clear requirements for IT.
  • Owns business prioritization, ensuring all work aligns with strategic goals and is sequenced appropriately.
  • Act as the single communication channel between the business and development teams to maintain clarity and protect team focus.
  • Lead scrum teams focused on application development using an agile and waterfall methodology.
  • Manage the product backlog, roadmap, and delivery commitments to ensure high-quality releases on time and within scope
