  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring it reflects market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and senior management.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to guide development efforts.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and regular updates.
  • Produce high-quality written documentation, including product requirements, user manuals, and release notes.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and agile environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Apply critical thinking to make informed decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in IT.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role in product management.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Background in HR or Workforce Security.
  • Experience in a technology or software development environment.
  • Agile Certifications.
