About The Position

UL is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the future of our Prospector
software. In this role, you will define product vision and requirements,
translate user needs into clear user stories, and guide the development team
through Agile delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and cross
functional partners to refine the roadmap, prioritize the backlog, support
sprint planning, and validate completed features for release. This role also
helps create wireframes and prototypes, leads end of sprint demos, supports
release documentation, and drives process efficiency and best practices across
the product lifecycle. Success requires strong communication, analytical
thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
