About The Position

As the Talent & Total Rewards Product Owner, you'll drive the strategic vision, development, and continuous improvement of solutions focused on talent management, compensation, and benefits for above-restaurant employees. You'll conduct market research, manage product roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver tools that enhance talent development and total rewards. From concept to launch, you'll lead key projects, analyze performance data, and ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders—all while leveraging your deep understanding of HR, technology, and product strategy to build experiences that develop, retain, and reward top talent across the globe. This is an individual contributor role responsible for overseeing talent and total rewards-related technology products for above restaurant employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent domain experience, preferably within HR technology, talent, total rewards, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, compensation, and benefits processes, practices, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for talent management and total rewards solutions that align with the company's talent goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and gather stakeholder feedback to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in talent management and total rewards.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, employee feedback, and market demand.
  • Partner with Brand HR, COEs, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Advocate for user-centric design, ensuring HR products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of diverse employee groups.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure HR products comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy, security, and compensation regulations.
