Prudential Retirement Strategies’ Institutional Business Technology Services team is leading several Agile technology initiatives that will transform and continually improve upon industry-leading technology platforms for their Institutional product lines. These products include Pension Risk Transfer, International Reinsurance, Structured Settlements, Stable Value, and Contracts. This Product Owner role will be leading an agile team focused on overhauling recordkeeping capabilities for our Pension Risk Transfer business as such we are highly interested in candidates that have Pension Risk Transfer experience and/or Defined Benefit experience. For these initiatives, Agile teams are responsible for developing technology solutions that deliver business value to our customers. The Product Owner is a member of the Agile team responsible for ensuring that the team is focused on the right priorities, playing a critical role in maximizing the value that their Agile team produces. As Product Owner, you will develop and drive the vision and strategy for your Agile team, providing constant feedback to ensure your team’s alignment with that vision. You will collaborate with business partners, developers, designers, Journey Analysts and the Chief Product Owner to define a roadmap for a product or products that deliver value to customers quickly and effectively. You will be accountable for the development, prioritization, and delivery of the team’s backlog of work – ensuring that the team understands the work to be done, works on the right thing at the right time, and ultimately delivers a quality product to the customer.
