About The Position

Acara Solution is looking for a Product Owner (SAFe) - Embedded Software Engineer for Our client located in Ft Wayne, IN. Here's what you'd do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities. Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives. Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, to ensure smooth project execution. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product. Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role, preferably with embedded software.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree with 3 years of experience.
• Agile experience.
• SAFe certification or similar training.
• Experience with embedded systems and software development.
• Domain experience in RF and GPS, and Navigation system development, implementation, and integration efforts.
• Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and C#.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Good understanding of the software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable tasks.
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
