Youtopia, a Colorado-based startup, has an opening for a Product Owner. This role is full time in office based. Candidates must reside in the greater Denver Metro area. Candidates must be US citizens, no visa sponsorship. The strongest fits for this role will have exposure to some or all of these skills and tools: • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) • Product management frameworks for defining and prioritizing product features • Experience with user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and collaboration with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) • Understanding of software development processes for web and mobile applications • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders • Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for tracking user behavior and product performance • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications • Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and health-related technologies • Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C product development and customer journeys • Proficiency in defining KPIs and success metrics for product features
