About The Position

We are seeking a versatile Product Owner, Product Manager to bridge the gap between product teams and the PMO. The ideal candidate will leverage Agile best practices and AWS experience to drive value realization aligned with the strategic roadmap. This role requires hands-on ownership of the Jira backlog across multiple engineering and operations teams, improving administrative processes and enforcing standards, while serving as the product representative in daily Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Experience working with cloud teams or cloud projects, preferably AWS.
Ability to define product roadmaps and translate strategic objectives into actionable backlog items.
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and best practices.
Strong communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience at a large financial institution.
Experience in cloud strategy or enterprise platform initiatives.
Exposure to scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or departments.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Jira backlog for multiple engineering and operations teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and roadmap.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, engineering leads, and stakeholders to articulate value and track progress against strategic goals.
Assist in defining and monitoring progress toward the enterprise AWS platform product vision.
Act as the product representative during daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Support teams in understanding the business value behind roadmap initiatives and help prioritize work accordingly.
