About The Position

Trissential is hiring a Product Owner / Product Analyst to join their application team, supporting internally developed, operationally critical platforms for nuclear renewables and energy trading. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role, working directly with operators, stakeholders, designers, and engineers to translate real-world operational needs into delivery-ready product increments. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to users, working through ambiguity, and balancing product thinking with detailed execution. Benefits of the role include supporting high-impact, mission-critical products, engaging in user-centered work by partnering directly with operators, and a hybrid product role that blends Product Owner, Business Analyst, and applied UX research responsibilities. The role offers embedded collaboration with product, design, and delivery teams, stability as a full-time contract with potential for extension or conversion, and a healthy, low-ego, highly collaborative, product- and design-led team culture.
