Own the Marketing Technology roadmap end-to end and deliver measurable growth and efficiency outcomes.  Translate business goals into a prioritized backlog, orchestrate iternative delivery with a cross-functional squad, and ensure adoption, data integrity, and privacy-safe execution.  Success is measured by subscriber growth, lead-to-install conversion, cost-per-activation, time-to-value for features, and platform reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is an asset.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies
  • 5-7 years experience in Product Wner/Manager roles for MarTech or digital platforms; 4+ considered with deep stack expertise
  • Agile: Hands-on PO in Scrum or SAFe with an IT engineering squad (not just marketing ops).
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable reading API docs, defining event schemas, and partnering on sytem architecture.
  • Measurement: Proven track record tying features to pipeline/subscriber growth, cost-per-order, or lead-to install KPI's

  • Telco or multi-region consumer/SMB acquisition experience
  • FR/EN bilingual is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for assigned Marketing Technology stack, aligned with business goals and digital sales targets.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and data insights, balancing short-term results with long-term platform evolution.
  • Build business cases and define success metrics for product initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue and engagement goals.
  • Communicate the "why" behind roadmap decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Act as the Product Owner in agile ceremonies.
  • Lead a cross-functional IT squad (developers, designers, analysts, QA) through Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles.
  • Act as the squad's product lead, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability around shared goals and deliverables.
  • Maintain a clear, actionable product backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development squads to ensure timely delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable digital features or enhancements, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
  • Interpret technical constraints and communicate them effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and other business units and IT team.
  • Provide actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity to enhance the digital experience and improve KPIs, such as engagement, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Connect the dots across multiple data sources to tell a compelling story.
  • Use insights to justify prioritization and influence stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, including KPIs, ROA, and market trends
