About the position

The Product Owner for Marketing Experimentation will lead efforts to enhance digital experiences through a culture of experimentation, focusing on increasing revenue performance and improving guest experiences. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap that aligns with the enterprise's growth and innovation goals. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making and strategic innovation, requiring a strong project management skillset and digital conversion testing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital experience testing roadmaps from hypothesis planning to post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop strategies to increase conversion across major resort websites and the Epic Pass website.
  • Design, execute, and measure Digital A/B tests in collaboration with IT, UX designers, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as Product Owner/Manager within the Digital IT team to execute code changes for tests.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects with varying timelines.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate marketing team members on website and buy-flow conversion opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic sessions to drive a comprehensive testing roadmap.
  • Expand successful digital programs across paid media and email functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of digital/marketing/media analytics experience.
  • Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, JIRA, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Mouseflow, Tableau, and Applied Predictive Technologies (APT).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in strategic brand communication.
  • Familiarity with full-funnel/customer journey experimentation.
