Role Description: As a Product Owner III, you play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that drive business value. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that product vision, strategy, and execution are aligned with organizational goals. In this role, you’ll own and prioritize the product backlog, define user stories, and guide your team through agile delivery while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand the “why” behind requests and translate them into meaningful solutions. Your ability to analyze problems, refine requirements, and proactively identify improvements will help deliver high-quality products that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. In this position, you’ll lead backlog management, support sprint planning and execution, and champion Agile best practices. You’ll also contribute to release planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts—ensuring products evolve based on data, feedback, and changing business needs. Your leadership, initiative, and ability to anticipate team needs will position you as a trusted partner and key driver of success.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, or an Associate’s degree with an appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Technical aptitude to understand complex systems and translate business needs into actionable work
  • Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments and participating in Agile ceremonies
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO.

  • Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
