As a Product Owner II within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; Cleveland, OH; or Charlotte, NC. The Retail Lending Payments team is working to design and deliver a best-in-class Payment’s journey across all channels for our customers. You will be responsible for reimagining and delivering these Payments customer experiences by leveraging new capabilities and emerging technologies This role looks closely at the technical root cause, associated impact to customers, remediation for those customers, and managing procedural requirements to address full issue resolution through formally established governance processes. Doing so works across all levels, frontline teams through governance, to successfully resolve issues. • Knowledge/responsible for lending payment structures, breakages, resolutions for clients • Skills: Problem-solving, identify trends and root causes, works well under pressure, and attention to detail. • Tools: CRM data/software, Confluence/Jira PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
