Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery-focused PM
  • Strong experience with e-commerce or marketplace platforms
  • Proven ability to run delivery: sprints, planning, coordination, deadlines
  • Strong understanding of funnels, payments, and order lifecycle
  • Experience working closely with engineers (frontend and backend)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong business mindset and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership:
  • Own and maintain the product backlog for customer and coach sides of the marketplace
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize features based on GMV impact, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and communicate the product roadmap.
  • Delivery & Team Coordination:
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily coordination, demos, and retrospectives
  • Break down product goals into executable tasks and milestones
  • Assign and coordinate work across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps Ensure delivery timelines are met and blockers are resolved quickly.
  • E-Commerce & Marketplace Optimization:
  • Improve checkout flow, order lifecycle, and fulfillment speed Work on pricing logic, commissions, discounts, and payout mechanics
  • Collaborate on refunds, disputes, and fraud-prevention flows
  • Ensure smooth interaction between customers, coaches, and internal operations.
  • Metrics & Accountability:
  • Own delivery outcomes and measurable results
  • Track KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, AOV, order success rate, and delivery speed
  • Use data to adjust priorities and improve execution
  • Authority & Scope:
  • You own priorities and delivery order
  • You lead the team’s work and execution
  • You participate in hiring and performance feedback
  • Technical decisions are made in collaboration with Tech Leads Requirements.
