We’re building the next generation of industrial AI for Upstream Oil & Gas, intelligent systems that reason over time series sensor, drilling, and production data to optimise exploration and production decisions. As our Product Owner, you’ll be the bridge between the market, the users, and our engineering team. Your role is to define what gets built, why it matters, and how it aligns with operator workflows. You’ll own the product specification, market/user requirements, and competitive analysis, translating industry needs into actionable engineering deliverables. Expect to engage directly with petroleum engineers, geoscientists, drilling teams, and field operators understanding their standard work process, pain points, mapping them into system requirements, and driving clarity on how Orbital’s AI should solve them. This isn’t a generic product role, you’ll be shaping how advanced AI is applied to subsurface, well, and production operations, defining the product playbook for one of the hardest industries to transform.
