The purpose of the Associate Agile Product Owner Role is to champion & utilize Agile Product Development Frameworks to drive software development and operations/infrastructure efforts to frequently deliver usable product that delights Business stakeholders and accomplishes the goals of the Enterprise. This role will act as a liaison between Product development teams and business stakeholders, collaborating closely with both groups to ensure there is clear understanding of what features are needed in the product/application. This role will be the 'voice of the business' and will focus on maintaining and prioritizing the backlog for one or more products/business groups to ensure the development team is working on Product Backlog Items that maximize business value and deliver consistent results that align to the broader Business Division or IT strategy in order to better enable our Business stakeholders and end-users. The Associate Product Owner will also drive metrics to measure the impact of products/applications on business and stakeholder value. A highly accountable self-starter who wants to make an impact on the enterprise, helping Business end-users articulate their needs, and helping IT deliver these frequently and with high stakeholder satisfaction. Expected to take on small to medium-sized projects, with small to moderate user bases, small to moderate financial impact/investment/revenue gen, and focused on up to mid-management level stakeholders.
