Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in business analysis or system management required, along with implementation/change management of new technology solutions.
  • 1-3 years of product owner experience with a single application required.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner and certified as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) within 1 year preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in data analytics techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience launching and maintaining data management packages that may include OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, MS Dynamics and Power BI.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization to effectively convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within the highest ethical and confidentiality standards.
  • Strong project and change management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws of data security and privacy.
  • Understands data, data concepts, data relationships, and has experience with data governance.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a subset of a larger application software system (module within Workday, Salesforce, GMS, CRM).
  • Define and prioritize the product or business/department roadmap for a single application software system in alignment with business needs and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development processes in partnership with Technology and development teams.
  • Oversee system releases, enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Provide end-user support, develop training materials, and lead change management efforts to drive system adoption.
  • Ensure system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades meet organizational requirements and industry best practices.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Leverage data analytics and develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics, helping stakeholders make informed business decisions for department that support Foundation strategic goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and compliance requirements to drive product evolution.
  • Supports departmental project management activities, tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources coordination within their system area.
