The Product Owner/Analyst provides critical support across product planning, requirements gathering, system design, business process improvement, and agile delivery. This role partners closely with policy leaders, technical teams, contractors, and end users to ensure that system enhancements and product increments are well-defined, user-focused, compliant, and aligned with the client’s modernization roadmap. The Product Owner/Analyst also performs Scrum Master duties to facilitate delivery and support cross-functional collaboration.
