Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience with 3+ years with full accountability of a complex program, portfolio or product
  • 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, scrum master or product manager
  • 3+ years experience in an agile delivery culture
  • Experience managing ERPs or Enterprise Platforms as a product an advantage
  • Experience delivering applications within an automated CI/CD SDLC
  • Airline or logistics experience an advantage but not essential
  • Experience of working in middleware (APIs / web services) projects / products

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear, aligned product strategy and roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders to develop a prioritized backlog based on business value
  • Appropriately prioritize maintenance and tech debt activities with new features to ensure a sustainable product
  • Accountable for a secure, reliable and performant product that delivers value for Atlas
  • Develop and implement product success metrics and manage team to them
  • Senior stakeholder management including customers and vendors
  • Financially literate and can interpret and make decisions based on P&L and balance sheet
  • Support Application Development Chapter Lead in implementing an engineering culture
  • Support Portfolio Senior Director in implementing an adaptive human centric system of work
  • Accountable for a complex product/service or set of simple products/services
  • Work in hybrid model
