About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Product Owner for our AI Stream within the Workforce Management (WFM) product line. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI capabilities across our product ecosystem. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, HCM Suite stakeholders, Sales, and Customers to define,municate, and execute apelling AI vision that enhances our product value and strengthens ourpetitive advantage. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, stays deeply attuned to market trends, and can translate emerging technologies into meaningful, customer-centric product oues. Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or technology-drivenanization.
Experience and curiosity for AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, with the ability to understand technical concepts (no coding required).
Experience translating technology trends into actionable product strategies or use cases.
Experience explainingplex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a collaborative environment and influence stakeholders across teams and working directly with customers.

Serve as a customer-facing AI thought leader—gather insights, validate concepts, and present product vision.
Define detailed use cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the AI vision and long-term roadmap for the WFM product.
Perform market andpetitive analysis to ensure our AI strategy remains differentiated and relevant.
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML/GenAI use cases that deliver measurable customer value.
Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Product teams to ensure clarity and alignment on AI initiatives.
