About The Position

We're seeking a Product Owner who has already transformed how they work with AI—and can now help an entire Product organization do the same. This is a horizontal role that sits at the intersection of product delivery excellence and AI enablement, with a dual mandate: shaping how we bring AI capabilities to our customers, and fundamentally shifting how our Product Managers leverage AI in their own craft. You won't be building models or fine-tuning algorithms. You'll be the practitioner who demonstrates what's possible when AI is woven into the daily rhythm of product work—from synthesizing customer research to drafting requirements to pressure-testing regulatory implications. Your credibility will come from doing, not just advising.

Requirements

  • 7+ years, with demonstrated tenure as a Digital Product Owner

Responsibilities

  • AI in Our Products Partner with product teams to identify high-value opportunities for AI integration across consumer banking products and digital experiences.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and our internal ML/AI engineering team, translating customer needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Develop and maintain a point of view on responsible AI deployment in regulated financial services, including implications for fair lending, privacy, model risk management, and consumer protection
  • Create frameworks for evaluating build-vs-buy decisions and vendor capabilities in the AI space Internal: AI for Product Delivery Demonstrate and evangelize AI-assisted approaches across the product development lifecycle: market research, voice-of-customer analysis, requirements elicitation, experience design, competitive intelligence, and regulatory impact assessment
  • Build reusable playbooks, prompts, and workflows that Product Managers can adopt immediately
  • Lead hands-on enablement sessions that move beyond theory into practical application Establish lightweight governance for internal AI tool usage that satisfies Legal, Risk, and Compliance without creating unnecessary friction
  • Track and communicate productivity gains and quality improvements to build organizational momentum Cross-Functional Partnership Interface regularly with the Bank's ML/AI team to stay current on capabilities, constraints, and the internal technology roadmap Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to navigate the regulatory landscape for both customer-facing AI and internal decision-support tools
  • Work with Technology and Information Security teams on data handling, approved tooling, and appropriate use policies
