As a Product Owner III within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, Charlotte, Washington or Chicago. Additional locations within PNC's footprint will be considered. We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and enhancement of our Account and Identity Verification Services product. This critical solution enables our clients to verify bank account information before making payments, as well as confirm customer identities before onboarding them. By providing secure and reliable verification services, we help our clients reduce fraud and streamline their financial operations. In this role, you will work closely with a Product Manager to shape the product vision and strategy while taking ownership of execution. You will manage the backlog, define user stories, and work directly with a dedicated crew of developers to build and enhance our verification capabilities, as well as collaborate with other crews of developers on efforts to explore, assess, and prioritize potential product expansion, enhancement, and integration opportunities. This role requires a understanding of banking and payments, fraud prevention, and API-based verification solutions. Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience.
• Understanding of banking and payments, fraud prevention, and API-based verification solutions.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and definition of the product.
• Serves as the voice of the Customer.
• Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives.
• Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog.
• Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
• Works closely with the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s) to ensure the right items are focused on during the development process.
• Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
