About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Owner in the United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and an Agile delivery team, ensuring that the right products are built efficiently and effectively. You will define user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate closely with senior product managers to maximize the value delivered by your team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related product management role.
  • Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for feature and user story management.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or insurance industries, developing agent-facing technology solutions.
  • SAFe certification (Agilist, PM/PO, SPC) and strong communication skills for presentations and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Agile delivery team regarding product priorities and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior product managers to ensure product development aligns with strategic goals.
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and communicate product vision and roadmap to the delivery team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and functionality, balancing scope, quality, and deadlines.
  • Support decision-making in ambiguous situations while adhering to established guidelines.
