About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Operations Program Manager in the United States. This role plays a central part in enabling scalable, user-centered product development within a fast-growing, highly collaborative environment. You will work at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations teams to design and run programs that bring clarity, efficiency, and alignment to complex initiatives. The position offers broad exposure across the product lifecycle, from shaping launch processes to improving execution models and operational metrics. You will tackle ambiguous challenges, translate insights into action, and help teams move faster with greater confidence. With a strong focus on systems thinking and continuous improvement, this role directly impacts how products are delivered at scale. Requirements

  • 7 or more years of experience in product management, product strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a related field
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams in complex environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Experience working with SQL outputs and dashboards, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical background, particularly in commercial, operational, or financial contexts within go-to-market or sales-oriented organizations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders from frontline teams to executive leadership
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end in ambiguous and rapidly changing settings
  • Ability to simplify and structure complex problems while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and drive execution

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in payments, fintech, or high-growth technology environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate systems to capture, prioritize, and track user and stakeholder requirements across product and operational teams
  • Build and manage complex, cross-functional processes that support product development, launches, and ongoing execution
  • Continuously assess, experiment with, and improve operational models through automation, workflow optimization, and repeatable methodologies
  • Facilitate program and project retrospectives, translating learnings into concrete process and execution improvements
  • Partner with product, technical, and go-to-market teams to support strategic initiatives and drive operational scale and efficiency
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate clear operational metrics and insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Approach all programs with a mindset of scalability, flexibility, and long-term impact
