We’re looking for a Product Operations & Enablement Manager to build and scale the internal systems that keep our Product organization running smoothly and effectively. You’ll own the programs, processes, communication rhythms, and enablement structures that strengthen how the Product org operates, sitting at the intersection of operations, people enablement, communication, and organizational strategy. This role is based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team

  • Internal Product Operations, Planning & Rhythm Management : You’ll own the operational heartbeat of the Product organization—bringing order, alignment, and predictability to how our department works together. You’ll coordinate and manage key department-wide programs and rituals, including All Hands meetings, business reviews, roadmap presentations, department calendars, communication channels and norms, recurring announcements, and software management.
  • Employee Onboarding : You’ll design and execute onboarding experiences that help new team members ramp quickly and understand how to work effectively within and with the Product organization. You’ll own onboarding for Product Managers, Product Designers, Technical Writers, and Technical Program/Product roles, as well as create content that helps cross-functional teams—such as GTM, Support, and Engineering—learn how to partner with Product. Your work ensures every new hire feels prepared, supported, and equipped with the context and tools they need to succeed.
  • Employee Development & Training : You’ll support employee growth by building the structures and resources that strengthen team capabilities and elevate overall performance. This includes facilitating Learning Lab sessions, developing and maintaining competency frameworks, defining role clarity and career paths, shaping mentoring programs, and creating department-wide training plans and learning pathways. Your work helps the Product organization build stronger leaders, clearer expectations, higher-performing teams, and more transparent opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration, Communication, & Enablement - You’ll help the Product organization operate with clarity, transparency, and aligned expectations by crafting narratives, creating communication assets, and enabling teams through clear documentation, operational guides, Learning Lab content, and materials on core processes, tools, and programs. You’ll also coordinate key cross-functional forums across Design, Research, GTM, Support, and Engineering. Your work ensures teams have the context and resources they need to collaborate effectively.
  • You have 2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, internal operations, people enablement, or a related role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You thrive in roles that blend organizational strategy with hands-on coordination.
  • You create structure where needed, improve clarity across teams, and maintain high-quality internal processes. You have experience designing operating rhythms, managing internal programs, and driving cross-functional coordination.
  • You understand how teams, tools, and processes connect—designing solutions that scale, reduce friction, and improve team effectiveness. You anticipate downstream impacts and build with the broader org in mind.
  • You communicate with empathy, clarity, and precision. You craft narratives that align teams and know how to keep stakeholders informed without overwhelming them. You are skilled at documentation, storytelling, and building alignment.
  • You excel at bringing order to complexity. You run programs end-to-end, from quarterly planning cycles to onboarding cohorts to cross-functional events. You keep teams organized while maintaining momentum and accountability.
  • You build trust quickly, collaborate well with diverse teams, and serve as a culture carrier. You coach team members, guide new hires, and foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Biased toward action: You take initiative and solve problems proactively.
  • Curious: You seek to deeply understand how teams operate and where friction exists.
  • Collaborative: You work fluidly across Product, Design, Research, Engineering, GTM, and Support.
  • Detail-oriented: You take pride in creating clarity and structure.
  • Systems thinker: You design solutions that scale—not just quick fixes.
  • Big Query experience is desirable but not required.
  • 100% employer-paid medical insurance
  • Generous paid time-off policy (PTO), plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave policy, holidays, and volunteer days off
  • RSU stock grants
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team-building activities
  • Monthly cell phone stipend
  • Access to an innovative mental health support platform that offers personalized care and resources in areas such as: therapy, coaching, and self-guided mindfulness exercises for all covered employees and their covered dependents.
