About The Position

Levi's is looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to join our Global Collaborations team. You will be accountable for the critical, behind-the-scenes operational & logistical aspects of our Collaborations & Licensed Partnerships and will contribute to the success of these high-profile launches. You will manage our processes to support Levi's collaborations and break down operational barriers in partnership with your Merchant teammates. You are comfortable around complexity and motivated in the face of ambiguity.

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline (5+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working at an apparel manufacturer, retailer or marketer with demonstrated experience navigating operational complexity, and direct operational and global logistics experience
• Have global experience.
• Comfortable with back-end product & logistics management

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers/Leads to understand unique requirements of each collaboration from a strategic perspective, and any specific collaboration partner requirements, to inform anticipated processes and general operational scope
• Manage external vendor setup process end-to-end for collaborations where goods are bought from an external collaborator, including partnering with compliance teams to complete necessary checkpoints[SS1]
• Establish, document, manage and communicate new processes for inbound and outbound logistics based on the unique requirements of specific collaborations ad hoc, including direction for packing, receiving, invoicing, payment, and more
• Establish, document, manage and communicate new processes related to new vendors and new product categories relating to specific collaborations ad hoc, including care label compliance, trade compliance.
• Identify and foster relationships with a broad cross-section of company partners, including Finance Operations, Distribution & Logistics, Trade Compliance, Accounting & Controllership, Global Business Services, Sustainability, Ethics & Compliance.
• Manage updates and management of different internal and external systems as determined by the scope of each collaboration
• Initiate on wholesale account setup process for each collaboration partner, including partnering with credit & finance teams
• Oversee annual refresh of data from external teams, such as annual exchange rates from finance and global sizing data to inform smarter buys.
