As a Product Operations Manager for Analytics and Insights, you will define and measure product outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and operate and enable at scale. You will build and maintain analytics systems and dashboards that track product outcomes and customer impact, partner with PMs, R&D - Data Science, and IT to drive towards outcome-centric metrics, and help align leading product metrics with broader business KPIs. You will also surface trends, risks, and opportunities, deliver data-driven insights for planning, prioritization, and post-release reviews, and drive analytics infrastructure and tooling while codifying best practices into playbooks.
