Requirements

  • 1 - 4 years of experience in business operations, product operations, technical support, strategy, or compliance at a financial, tech, or fintech company
  • Proven experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.)
  • Strong demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner
  • Deep curiosity of the process to abstract away operational complexity to deliver a streamlined customer UX
  • Desire to collaborate across the team to ensure a clear alignment of internal operations with product deadlines
  • Willingness to take on mission-critical projects and actively communicate challenges and outcomes as they arise
  • Ability to clearly document processes so they can be optimized over time
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple parties and building relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with payroll, HR systems, or security compliance
  • Experience in a technical support or product operations role, preferably with an API-based or hyper-process oriented solution

Responsibilities

  • Identify operational solutions to address product or UX bottlenecks
  • Act as the first line of defense for our employers' technical inquiries for Finch's Assisted products, providing reactive support, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices
  • Build and maintain core security procedures and policies to ensure continual operational compliance
  • Ensure we're processing workflows for our customers within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand the product roadmap and the underlying operational requirements to reach key deadlines
  • Independently manage and set clear deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
  • Set a high bar for execution, both in terms of quality and speed.
