Product Operations Analyst
About The Position
Onyx Odds is a fast-growing, venture-backed social sports prediction platform. User activity has scaled quickly, and we’re expanding the team to support product execution and day-to-day operations. Founded by Harvard grads with a background at Jane Street, Onyx is headquartered in downtown Manhattan. This role is in-office. We’re hiring a Product Operations Associate to work closely with the product and help keep the platform running smoothly as we grow. You’ll partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to support launches, track performance, and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years in product ops, operations, analytics, or a similar role
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in sports and fast-growing startups
- Willing to work in-office with some schedule flexibility
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day product operations and platform performance
- Coordinate feature launches, QA, and releases
- Track key metrics and flag issues or trends
- Work with Product and Trading to investigate and resolve platform issues
- Analyze user and operational data to drive improvements
- Manage site merchandising and in-product content placement
