Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product strategy, product management or product operations, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Good understanding of the AI and ML technology landscape, including current trends and potential future directions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product vision and strategy across diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer and growth programs (e.g. customer advisory boards)
  • Experience in designing customer sentiment and experience programs, processes and metrics
  • Experience in collaborating with go to market teams rolling out successful growth programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high value customer and growth programs to support the overall strategic goals of CoreWeave.
  • Develop design and launch customer and growth programs that build customer loyalty and growth.
  • Provide insights about customer needs and the market to ensure CoreWeave remains at the forefront of the AI Hyperscaler market.
  • Collaborate closely with product and go to market teams to guide customer experiences and growth strategies.
