Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience
- At least three years in a people management capacity overseeing product managers specifically
- A deep understanding of financial applications and the domain knowledge that comes with building software in the financial services space is essential
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite — either as a practitioner, integrator, or product professional working within or alongside the platform
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing product teams
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and executive stakeholders
- A clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working specifically on AI or machine learning product initiatives within a financial technology context is highly valued
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS business models and the sales cycles that accompany them will be beneficial
- A history of contributing to or owning product strategy at an organizational level — beyond individual product ownership — distinguishes the strongest candidates
- Experience scaling product teams or navigating organizational change is a plus
