About The Position
The position involves working closely with Engineering and Drafting teams to generate timely Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings for products. The role requires collaboration with Engineering and Product Development to create and revise product BOMs, Work Definitions (Routings), and Labor Standards to ensure accuracy. Additionally, the position entails defining and optimizing the routing structure for products, which includes determining the sequence of operations necessary for assembly, testing, and quality control. The individual will monitor and conduct labor and material studies and audits to maintain accurate BOMs, Work Definitions, and Labor Standards. The role also includes preparing status, cost analysis, and performance reports from the ERP system as required by management, maintaining organized files, and adhering to all company policies, guidelines, and procedures related to health, safety, and quality.
