Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within K-12 education technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product features into compelling messaging.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and pay strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, compelling value proposition for products, ensuring messaging resonates with educators and administrators.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels, aligned with sales goals.
  • Support sales enablement by providing product demos, competitive insights, and targeted marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Content Marketing, to plan product launches and joint campaigns.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and influence product development.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and maximize impact.
