About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or 2+ years in a marketing role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of various teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and creativity.
  • Ability to work on complex projects with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software, CRM, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and optimize the company's digital presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to develop engaging content for multiple platforms.
  • Implement and manage lead-generation strategies through various marketing channels.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing industry events such as trade shows and webinars.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and strategy refinement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
  • Provide flexible support for various marketing initiatives and stay updated on industry trends.
