Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferred in Business Admin or Marketing.
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing with a strong analytical capability and critical thinking.
  • Preferred to have intern or other work experience in product marketing or business environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communicator (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Manager in Channel Marketing with expectations covering a wide range of business areas.
  • Create presentations and analyze market share, market trends, competitive positioning, and category insights.
  • Plan future product roadmaps and product segmentation.
  • Understand category dynamics to anticipate/create its future state.
  • Analyze consumer insights and category trends to create product segmentation/positioning and GTM plans.
  • Diagnose and share corrective actions to recover business when trends reflect a share loss.
  • Apply relevant market data to actionable Samsung tactics.
  • Support the building of product strategic messaging and positioning.
  • Achieve category sales and market share goals.
  • Communicate with and provide updates to overseas HQ counterparts.
  • Collaborate with B2C day-to-day management teams to maximize revenues and share.
  • Build Customer, SEA Executive and HQ presentations.
  • Be the point of contact for relevant accounts/sales team.
  • Attend CPFR calls and collaborate on AP1 / Sell Out forecast / WOS.
  • Manage account execution including Marketing, Merchandising Program, Pricing, and Promotion.
  • Work closely with CERO Team to ensure all merchandising/training execution occurs.
  • Liaison between PMs and Sales for all approvals through the Product team.
  • Manage Account Calendar including Meetings, KCM, Ads, etc.
